where it all started
Their journey began in 2019 when Armando Nava transitioned out of the United States Marine Corps after serving four years. During his final months in the military he met Pearl through social media—a platform that would later become central to their business.
At the time Pearl was living in Tampa Florida, with her mother who had immigrated from Cuba after winning the lottery for U.S. citizenship following the passing of Pearl’s father. Armando, on the other hand was living in New York City. Despite the uncertainties the couple took a leap of faith and decided to move to Texas together.
But the transition wasn’t easy. After leaving the structured life of the military Armando found himself battling post-military depression feeling lost and without purpose. Pearl relying on her strong faith in Christ stood by his side through it all despite his struggles and attempts to push her away. Determined to see Armando healed she prayed fervently for his salvation even when he was skeptical of her beliefs.
Raised without a religious background Armando didn’t understand Pearl’s devotion often dismissing her faith. Yet she remained steadfast writing letters to God on his behalf and holding onto hope even when faced with his frustration and doubt. Over time Armando’s curiosity led him to explore the Scriptures initially trying to disprove Pearl’s faith. But what he found was something much greater.
Nearly a year after Pearl’s relentless prayers, Armando had a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. Through this transformation he began to find healing and their marriage was restored. United by faith they felt called to a new purpose—to step into the real estate world not just to sell properties but to share the Gospel and be a light for others going through similar struggles.
Armando and Pearl Nava got the idea of building homes after witnessing so many of their clients settle for less because that was all they could afford.
